This page sets out the main client-side terms for buying a username and related services through SovaZone.
General terms
Every product listed on the site is unique and in most cases requires an individual transfer flow after payment, including account relinking, changing data, and other technical actions.
Before purchase, contact us through Telegram to discuss the deal details, product availability, transfer format, and related conditions.
Payment
Online payment is available via cryptocurrency.
Other payment methods, including transfers, cash in an in-person deal, and other formats, are discussed separately and are not considered available by default.
What the buyer receives
When buying a username-related product, the buyer receives the account with the listed handle or another agreed transfer format.
After transfer, we can assist with relinking the account, changing details, and finishing the basic technical steps if this is part of the agreed support scope.
Responsibility after transfer
After relinking is completed and control over the account is transferred, all further responsibility for account use, access storage, changes to information, and subsequent actions lies with the buyer.
From that moment, the buyer is considered the sole factual owner of the transferred account within the relationship between the parties.
Moving the username to another account
If the buyer decides to move the username to another account, such actions are taken at the buyer’s own risk unless otherwise agreed in advance.
This is especially true for short, rare, and popular usernames, where the risk of loss during self-managed actions can be much higher than usual.
Additional conditions
Every deal is reviewed individually. Final conditions may depend on the type of product, price, transfer format, support scope, and other circumstances of the specific case.
Payment means that the buyer has reviewed the general terms, discussed the deal details before completion, and understands the nature of the purchased digital product.
